We keep a living database of teachers so a day school in Wakiso, a nursery in Gulu, or a boarding primary in Kabale can find someone who is actually available.
Our mission is practical: shorten the time between a vacant classroom and a qualified teacher. We do not rank competence. We help schools and teachers find each other.

Schools search. Teachers get found.

Find a teacher without creating an account
Directors, proprietors and headteachers browse by district, subject and qualification. Search from Kampala or from a rural parish in Arua. Call the teacher, or ask our desk for help.

How it works
From registration to a classroom
A simple path used by urban schools and rural schools alike.

Teacher registers
Name, classes, district, subject, phone and a visibility package. A woman teaching P.3 literacy in Mukono and a man teaching P.6 science in Fort Portal start the same way.

Admin reviews and calls
Our team follows up by phone. We complete remaining details before a profile can go public. This is a human review, not an automated stamp.

Appears when looking
Only teachers marked Actively Looking show in search. If they take a post, the public listing comes down. The record remains for a later return.

School finds them
A headteacher searches, opens a profile, and calls. No school registration. Nursery and primary vacancies can be filled from the same directory.
